Lady Dornie of Bairnsley ET (10,535)

Colour: Yellow

nt821 Gene: Negative (Tested)

DOB: 30.12.23

Comments:

Dornie exudes Highland character, balance and style. Like her dam, she has some size about her, and is well fleshed without losing femininity.

Good feet and legs, and a quiet nature round off a very correct and complete Highland female. Her dam, Skye Kier of Delhaig (bred by Arlo Hastie), would be the best black Highland I have seen in Australia, and was Grand Champion Female & Supreme Exhibit at the Australian Highland National Show two years running. Her sire, Jock 26th of Leys, is a sire o animals for the table (with his muscle pattern and thickness), as well as the show ring (Male Champion at Oban 1987, and twice Male Champion at the Royal Highland Show).

Dornie has the presence, power and pedigree that we believe will see her catch eyes in the paddock and the ring.
