Comments:

Lord Ranald (or "Ron" as he was known at Craigluscar) was a very fortunate find for us. With our criteria of classic Highland types with good feet and beefing abilities, we just could not walk past this bull. Having known the Craigluscar fold manager for many years, and she vouching for both this bull, his sire and dam, we could not wait to get his straws into Australia.

Ron combines what we look for to improve the lines of Highlands in Australia - carcass, good feet and a calm temperament. His unique pedigree and Highland character add to his moderate frame. He is a bull without extremes, and his structure and movement assures us that he can go over any female in our fold, let alone throughout Australia.

He now resides at Killochries Fold in Scotland. A fold that is very focused easy doing, commercial traits in their cattle.
